I discovered my passion for photography and videography at a very young age. It started with me using a disposable camera to take pictures of anything and everything. When it came to video, I started by using my family’s camcorder to make home videos. Since then I’ve upgraded my equipment immensely, using my cameras every chance I get. I fell in love with the process of capturing everyday activities and editing them into something more engaging. I knew this was something I wanted to pursue as a career. In 2019 I went to UW-Whitewater to get my Electronic Media Major along with my business minor. After gaining three semesters worth of knowledge and hands on experience in school, the Covid-19 Pandemic started. I decided to take a semester off because I felt I wasn’t getting the full college experience I was paying for. This quickly turned into a permanent transition. After college, I did my own learning. I enrolled in Parker Walbeck’s course called Full Time Filmmaker. I also job shadowed a photographer named Kevin J. Geisler. Once I gained enough knowledge and confidence I started independently gathering experience in the photography and videography field.
